Overload on Dry port Khorgos Gateway

The dry port KTZE-Khorgos Gateway is strategically located on the Kazakhstan-Chinese border, in the Kazakhstan territory which is in the center of the Special Economic zone "Horgos-Vostochnye Gate".

The total area of Dry port makes 129,8 hectares, is integrated with logistic (224,9 hectares) and industrial (224,6 hectares) zones. This project provides the optimal solution for processing of containers and opens new opportunities for further industrial processing of the imported goods. Participants of SEZ receive a full complex tax and customs preference within this perimeter.

Khorgos Gateway is considered as a strategic object for creation of a logistic hub which will allow to capture the world market from China to Europe, lying through the countries of Central Asia, Turkey and Gulf States.

An operator of Dry port is the KTZE-Khorgos Gateway LLP company - the affiliated organization JSC KTZ Express, in joint management with the third largest largest port operator in the world - DP World.
